To All Volunteers

Please stop by our volunteer booth to sign in and get your name tag prior to beginning your shift. Thank you for your time and to help make SeptemberFest a success.

Opportunities Still available for SeptemberFest Volunteers

The 24th Annual SeptemberFest at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish is coming soon!  SeptemberFest attracts thousands of people to a three-day weekend celebration with great food, fun games, and exciting rides. Our vibrant fairgrounds welcome more than 1,500 people each day! You are an important part of our parish, and volunteers are vital to the success of our event.

We are still looking for parishioners to volunteer a few hours at one of the many fun booths, as part of the cleaning crew, or to set up and break down at the festival.

Once again for your convenience we will have online volunteer sign-up, please click on sign-up link to volunteer.

If you have any questions or volunteer requests, contact Jennifer Cullinan at (203)-260-5455, or email

This is also a great opportunity for high school students who need to fulfill their service hours. For service hours, contact Jeremy Redgate at (203) 895-2395.

2017 BINGO Volunteers

All volunteers (not just the callers) who work at BINGO are required to have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that is issued by the State of Connecticut’s Department of Special Revenue. At this time the deadline to apply for a PIN number has passed. However, there are plenty of other opportunities to volunteer, please see the link above to sign-up online.
